Welcome to Creator Deals, a creator monetisation platform operated by PING Network Pvt. Ltd. ("PING Network", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service at creatordeals.pingnetwork.in, you ("Creator", "you") agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Who can use Creator Deals

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law. You must provide accurate information at signup (name, email, phone, YouTube channel). Accounts found to be fake, bot-operated, or impersonating another person will be removed without notice.

2. What we offer

Creator Deals lets creators apply to paid brand campaigns and affiliate programs sourced by PING Network. We do not guarantee that applications will be approved, campaigns will pay out, or creators will earn any specific amount. All earnings depend on campaign outcomes and brand decisions.

3. Your content

When you submit campaign deliverables (YouTube videos, Shorts, posts, analytics links, screenshots) through the platform, you confirm that you own or have permission to use that content. You grant PING Network and the associated brand a non-exclusive licence to view, reference, and verify that content for the purpose of the campaign only.

4. Payments

Approved campaigns are paid in INR via bank transfer or UPI to the details you provide in your profile. PING Network processes payments once a brand approves your deliverable and settles the campaign. Payment timelines are typically 15-45 days after approval, but may vary by campaign.

You are responsible for your own tax reporting. We may deduct TDS as required by Indian law.

5. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent analytics, fake views, or purchased engagement
• Plagiarise or re-upload another creator''s work
• Contact brands directly outside the platform to bypass our role
• Abuse, harass, or threaten other users, staff, or brand partners
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the platform

Violations may result in permanent suspension, forfeiture of pending payments, and legal action where appropriate.

6. Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your own account at any time from your profile settings; deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Creator Deals platform, its branding, code, and design are owned by PING Network. You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. PING Network is not liable for lost earnings, missed campaigns, technical downtime, or disputes between creators and brands. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid to you through the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and shown on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
